The following presentation was developed to educate market growers, including certified organic growers, about proactive strategies to prevent food borne outbreaks that may initiate at the farm level. This presentation does not cover GAP certification requirements. This PowerPoint will present an overview of potential sources of contamination at the farm and strategies to avoid contamination.
